Mansfield is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Mansfield follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I picked up my order. I end up eating half of it looked at it and it was an order that was placed 4 hours ago I had them reheat it thinking it was just cold before I ate it. Then I realized it wasn't mine and now I'm worried about getting a food poisoning. I have leukemia and diabetes, and this puts me at high risk.

I have had repeated issues with this location. On one occasion, I paid for three sandwiches but only received two. When I called, I was asked to return to pick up the missing item, even though I was already at home. I was later told a credit had been added to my phone number, but when I returned to use it, it was not honored. In addition, each time I place an order, staff need to repeat it multiple times to confirm it, and the order still often ends up incorrect. I have given this location several opportunities, as I understand occasional mistakes can happen, but these issues have occurred on every visit. This location would benefit from improved management, better customer service, and greater attention to order accuracy.

I wanted to give a review because I made a mistake or and assumption with my order. I came in early morning in a rush but wanting to get bagels for my team. I ordered dozen and made a slight change assuming I read the selection for the bagel box correctly. I got to work and didnโt see what I thought I ordered so I called to complain. The manager Maribel did what she could to accommodate. I was to pick up the missing bagels the next day. I returned to the store and realized I had made the mistake. I misread the options. My order was actually correct. I felt so bad because I was complaining about something that was not their fault, but my own misreading. I explained that it was my mistake and Maribel was still so kind and showed great customer service towards me. I felt so bad but she wasnโt mean about it. She remained kind and understanding. I appreciate her excellent manner and customer service. Thank you Maribel and team.

Been coming to this Einstein for a very long time and never had any issues. I usually always place the same order but today I got a regular bagel with cream cheese and they just gave me the bagel uncut and by itself I called and told them. I asked if they would remake it and went in and the girl inside was extremely rude and very unprofessional about they whole thing. Very disappointed with todayโs incident.
